Privacy

Your portrait work is private to your account and used only to provide the service you request.

Private work

Source images and results are stored privately and accessed through owner-authorized short-lived links. Source photos appear only where a designed comparison page explains their use; they are not provided as separate downloads or added to sharing cards. Your work is not automatically published to a public gallery.

Purpose and access

Uploaded media is used to create and check the requested images, personalize the report and deliver your files. Security and support processes use only the data needed for that purpose.

One-day retention

Source images are retained for at most one day after upload. Generated images, personalized content, PDFs, sharing cards and ZIP files are retained for at most one day after creation. Downloads and retries do not extend the original retention period. Download the complete package before its earliest required file expires, as shown in My Studio.

You may delete completed work earlier from your private history. Non-image order records, such as the package name, payment amount and refund status, may remain for accounting and support.
