Refunds

Service packages are coming soon and purchases are not open yet. The following rules describe package delivery and refunds.

Complete delivery

Successfully delivered digital packages are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or handled through a valid payment dispute.

Failed parts

If one image fails, we keep the approved images privately and retry only the failed position, at no extra charge. Each image position has at most three generation attempts, including the first attempt. A writing, PDF or download-package problem is repaired at that step without regenerating approved images.

If the package cannot be completed

If we cannot deliver all required images and designed files within the processing limit, no partial package is delivered and we request a full refund to the original payment method.

Refund progress

A refund request may need payment-provider approval. A pending request is not a completed refund. My Studio will show the confirmed refund status; the time for funds to reach your account depends on your payment provider and bank.
